NexXora’s SI/PI-focused multilayer PCB work addresses signal noise, high-speed transmission and power delivery across dense electronic boards. Signal integrity concerns the quality of a changing signal; power integrity concerns the supply network that allows the components to operate as intended.
Stack-up and routing review. Develop the relationship between signal layers, reference planes and power distribution. Review return-path continuity, layer transitions and the placement of critical routes. Align the stack-up with the board fabricator before the layout becomes difficult to change.
Signal-integrity analysis. Scope analysis around the interfaces that matter to the product, using available component and interconnect models. Investigate issues such as reflections and coupling, and translate the findings into practical routing or termination changes that can be checked in the next revision.
Power-distribution planning. Review power planes, current paths and decoupling placement against the device requirements. Where a PDN analysis is commissioned, record the model assumptions and load conditions. A power-integrity review should connect to power sequencing, thermal constraints and prototype measurements.
Dense controller boards. Coordinate processing, memory and power delivery on a multilayer board where routing density and return paths must be planned together.
Compact connected products. Review noise and supply behaviour when wireless, sensor and processing circuits share a small board and limited power budget.
A handover includes stack-up recommendations, routing constraints, analysis reports, design-review findings and the PCB changes associated with them. State which models and operating conditions were used. Follow-up validation on the manufactured board should be scoped separately when it is needed to close the engineering risk.
Share schematics, layout files, stack-up proposals, device models, data rates, rail currents and any measured failures. Identify the most critical interfaces and the available fabrication constraints. The initial review can then prioritize the analysis rather than treating every net as equally demanding.
