NexXora connects design, prototyping and manufacturing so a product can progress through related engineering stages. A client can enter with an idea, an existing design or a prototype that needs further work. The first step is to agree what the next stage must demonstrate and what information is needed to make that decision.
Capture users, operating conditions, interfaces, constraints and acceptance criteria. Identify the risks that could change the architecture, cost or manufacturing approach. Agree the work package and responsibilities before detailed development.
Coordinate hardware, firmware and mechanical design where the product needs them. Review shared interfaces and keep revisions aligned. Use simulation or design analysis where it supports a specific decision.
Select appropriate 3D printing, CNC or electronic prototype methods. Define what each build is meant to prove, record the results and resolve issues before treating the prototype as a production design.
Release the agreed drawings, board files, bill of materials, assembly instructions and test requirements. Define inspection records, traceability and acceptance responsibilities for the production scope. Supplier and engineering changes should be reviewed against the released configuration.
Use an agreed review rhythm, issue register and milestone record. Give the client a clear view of decisions needed and changes that affect delivery. Close the stage with its deliverables, known limitations and next-step recommendations, including any support agreement.
At each stage, agree what the next decision requires: an architecture review, a working prototype, a measured result or a manufacturing release. Record assumptions and open issues so a demonstration is not mistaken for evidence of every product requirement.
Keep the design configuration consistent across disciplines. A change to an enclosure, component or firmware interface may affect the next build and its test plan. Use documented review checkpoints to bring those effects together before committing to manufacturing or deployment.
