Compact device engineering

Coordinate sensor placement, battery space, antenna position and PCB layout with the product envelope. Review charging, connector access and assembly. A compact board is useful only when the full device can be built and used as intended.

Firmware and companion applications

Scope sensor acquisition, power states and data transfer, then connect the device to a mobile application where needed. Define which functions work locally and which depend on a phone or cloud service. Interpretation of sensor data beyond the agreed product functions is scoped separately.

Prototype and manufacturing transition

Use prototypes to evaluate fit, interaction and selected functional requirements. Prepare the manufacturing and test information for the agreed next stage.

Engineering handover

Agree electronics and mechanical files, firmware, application interfaces, build instructions and evaluation results. Define the material, skin-contact and environmental questions the client must resolve.

Discuss your application

Bring product sketches, intended users, sensing requirements, size and power constraints, and the expected production stage. Identify what the prototype needs to prove before tooling or a larger build.
