Manufacturing and Prototyping

NexXora’s manufacturing and prototyping offering connects the design to a physical build. Capabilities include 3D printing, CNC services, rapid prototyping, contract manufacturing and electronic manufacturing. Select the process around the part, material, purpose and quantity rather than treating all manufacturing methods as interchangeable.

Prototype with a clear objective

Build a model to check fit, an assembly to evaluate function or an electronics prototype to support bring-up. Specify what the build must demonstrate and the information required to decide the next step.

Choose a suitable process

Explore FDM, SLA, PolyJet and Multi Jet Fusion printing, along with CNC programming and machining. Each process page explains applications and the inputs needed to confirm suitability. Material availability, achievable tolerances and finishing requirements are project-specific.

Coordinate production

Contract manufacturing links sourcing, assembly, testing and delivery. Electronic manufacturing is its specialist electronics branch. Confirm the division of responsibility between NexXora, any manufacturing partner and the client before release.

Make quality reviewable

The production package includes released drawings and BOMs, an inspection plan, first-article records where agreed, nonconformance handling and traceability requirements. Define who approves the build and how engineering changes are communicated.

Start a manufacturing discussion

Send current drawings or models, material requirements, quantity, critical dimensions and the intended use of the parts. Identify whether you need programming only, prototype supply or a broader manufacturing programme.

3D Printing Services

Compare FDM, SLA, PolyJet and Multi Jet Fusion for prototype function, detail, material behaviour and production needs.
