What you can commission

Schematic development. Organize the circuit into readable functional blocks, define nets and interfaces, and prepare component symbols and footprints. A structured schematic helps reviewers understand the design intent and trace an interface from the connector to the processing or power circuit.

Design checks and simulation. Use electrical-rule and design-rule checks to identify inconsistent connections and layout constraints. Where models are available, scope circuit simulation to explore operating behaviour before prototype manufacture. Simulation assumptions and model limitations belong in the engineering record.

Libraries and design maintenance. Prepare or review symbols, footprints and released component information. For an existing product, identify outdated parts, library inconsistencies and board variants that need controlled updates rather than recreating unrelated design work.

Application examples

Industrial sensing. Prepare the schematic and layout information for a board connecting sensor signals to a controller, with interface requirements and test points identified.

Product redesign. Review a legacy electronics design whose components are becoming difficult to source, and document the design changes needed for the next prototype.

Engineering handover

Agree the deliverables before work starts: native schematic and PCB files, reviewed libraries, simulation records where included, check reports and manufacturing outputs. A release should identify its revision and the issues that remain open; a clean rule check alone is not proof that the circuit meets every product requirement.

Start with the right inputs

Provide existing design files, the preferred EDA environment, component restrictions, board dimensions and fabrication constraints. Include the target electrical behaviour and any known prototype failures. We can then discuss the scope of design, review or migration work required.
