NexXora’s RF PCB design scope covers layout, simulation, testing and manufacturing support for high-frequency boards. The design task is to preserve the intended RF behaviour as the circuit moves from the schematic into a physical stack-up, enclosure and manufactured assembly.

RF layout and transmission paths. Define the RF signal path, impedance-controlled structures, grounding and component placement. Review transitions, connectors and reference planes with the intended fabrication stack-up. Scope frequency-dependent work from the actual product bands and interface requirements.
Wireless product integration. Coordinate antenna location, board clearances and the effect of nearby metal or enclosure features. For a compact connected product, mechanical changes can affect RF performance, so the antenna and enclosure reviews should be connected rather than treated as separate finishing tasks.
Prototype evaluation. Agree the measurements and test fixtures needed to assess the prototype. The work package can include layout revisions based on measured behaviour and documented manufacturing constraints. Certification testing must be named separately from engineering pre-checks.
Connected industrial equipment. Develop an RF section for a sensor or gateway that must communicate reliably in a constrained enclosure and a defined installation environment.
Telecommunications hardware. Support an RF or microwave board where signal paths, connectors and fabrication choices need a coordinated layout and review.
Specify the expected design files, stack-up notes, RF layout constraints, simulation records where applicable, and prototype measurement report. The report should state the configuration tested and the limitations of the evidence, so a client can decide whether another design iteration or specialist laboratory test is required.
Provide operating bands, radio architecture, output-power and sensitivity requirements, available reference designs, enclosure information and antenna constraints.
