Oil, Gas and Process Industries

Process-industry projects depend on reliable equipment information and a clear installation environment. Work can connect selected sensors and devices to monitoring or diagnostic applications. Hazardous-area, safety and control requirements must be identified before selecting hardware or proposing a deployment.

Equipment-condition information

Collect selected measurements from pumps, motors or auxiliary equipment and present trends for maintenance review. Define sensor installation, sampling and data quality. Condition monitoring is not a safety instrumented function and does not provide automatic failure prediction.

Gateways and software integration

Connect available equipment interfaces to a scoped operational application. Clarify network segmentation, access and behaviour during communication loss with the customer. Production-control responsibilities remain with the authorized control-system design.

Mechanical and prototype support

Scope enclosures, brackets or fixtures for an identified environment. Material, corrosion, pressure and hazardous-area requirements need explicit engineering review; general mechanical design does not establish acceptance for those conditions.

Engineering handover

Agree interface definitions, device or application configuration, mechanical files where included, and test records. Specialized certifications or installation acceptance requirements must be supplied for the actual equipment and location. Match the equipment acceptance and installation requirements to the site’s classification.

Discuss your application

Provide the equipment, installation classification, available signals and the intended operational outcome. Include environmental and access constraints and identify the customer’s acceptance process.
